About -My Why

I continually hit my head making the same mistakes year after year after YEARS... Until I finally hit my rock bottom. There I was laying in a grave I dug, literally begging God to die, buried 6 ft under my own mess, when I discovered my why.

Today I see so many young women like myself whether they grew up in church or not; that are making the same poor choices, stuck in destructive patterns, because they haven’t learned what we assume they ought to already know.

I get it. See I learned the hard way; so now my daughters and other young women can choose not to.

I will work with you on how to KeepHER Identity,  KeepHER Values, and KeepHER boundaries no matter what your situation is- I will be with you; right where you are until you learn “If you don’t KeepHER, then who will?”
